VCU Open at uOttawa

Colonel By’s first ever collegiate level tournament resulted in a fourth place finish, with wins over universities such as Waterloo, Carleton, and McMaster. Colonel By was one of the two high schools competing in the university-level event, along with Earl of March. Congratulations to Cameron Amini for being the joint top high school scorer, finishing tied for fourth among all players.

In the evening was a difficult geography themed side event. Cameron Amini and Ted Gan finished in third place, while Janusz Gacek paired up with uOttawa alumnus Brendan McKendy to finish fourth.
